Our 70 m² townhouse, dating from 1910, is fully equipped to a high standard and decorated in a chic country style. It has a private, enclosed garden of 100 m². A 12 m² garden shed is available for bicycle storage. Situated 10 minutes' walk from the center of Le Palais, 400 m from the bus station and 900 m from the landing stage, you have easy access to beaches and footpaths in 10 minutes on foot or by bike. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house's proximity to the port and shops means you don't need a car to explore the island.
